Donation Refund Policy

Every donation helps us deliver programs on the ground. Refunds for donations are considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate transactions or clearly incorrect donation amounts.

Conditions for Refunds

Refund requests for monetary donations must meet the following conditions:

• The request is made within 7 days of the donation date.
• The request includes valid details such as transaction ID, donor name, amount, and a brief reason for the refund.

• In-kind donations cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered to our facility/partner locations.
• Please confirm suitability before donating to ensure items match current program needs.

Change or Cancellation of Recurring Donations

If you wish to cancel a recurring donation or stop future contributions, please contact us at least 7 days before the next scheduled debit so we can process the request in time with our payment partner.
